The project at The Cascades at
Soldier Hollow is moving forward. The work
on-site is progressing rapidly. The on-site
sewer is completed, the culinary water lines are
nearly completed and there is substantial
progress on the storm drain system and the
irrigation water lines. We expect to begin
working on the roads and trails within the next
three weeks and expect to have this completed no
later than September 30th. Also, the streams and
ponds are 70% complete and are very fun to look
at and to imagine how attractive they will be
when the water is turned on. As things stand
right now, we are on track towards having the
development sufficiently completed so that lot
holders will be able to apply for building
permits by the end of September or early
October. We are confident that when the
development is completed you will be pleased
with the results!
