In case you have not heard, we have received
Substantial Completion from Midway City.
For those of you planning to process building
permits yet this year, you may now do so.
If you are planning to
build soon, please remember that you need to get
approval from the Design Review Committee before
you submit your plan to Midway City. Also
remember that our theme is old world European
and that your home design needs to reflect the
European elements that are mentioned in the
Design Guidelines.
This winter we are finishing
up a few small projects. We are making sure the
swales are all properly cut in along the roads.
The culinary water and fire hydrants have all
passed their pressure tests. Many of the trees
for the open space have been delivered so we
created a tree nursery until they can be planted
in their permanent spots next spring. The
conduit has all been laid for electricity,
Comcast, gas and telephone. We will also do some
general clean-up in December.
In the spring we will finish putting in the
trails, landscape the open spaces, turn on the
water features, put in an entry water feature
and finish our roundabout.
