Great strides were made this summer as we
completed putting in the landscaping, turned on
all the water features and sprinklers, and added
the street lights and street signs. We now have
the 14 acres of open space landscaped with
shrubs, trees and lawn. The three-mile trail
system is completed.
Several lot owners started building homes and
many others are in the permit process with
Midway City. We have reviewed many home plans
from lot owners and are excited about the
individual character of each home. As a matter
of fact,
Magleby Companies
completed their home and entered it in this
fall’s Park City Area Parade of Homes. Many of
the visitors told us it was their favorite home
in the parade because it was so livable and they
liked the European theme.
We look forward to seeing each home plan and
watching the vision of The Cascades take shape!
