Preferred builders for The Cascades at Soldier Hollow are Magleby Companies and Jody Riggs Construction. They have their own builder lots on the development or you may use them to build on a lot of your own choice. You may also choose to use your own builder. The Design Review Committee requires that home builders post a non-refundable deposit of $5,000 if they are building with a builder other than our preferred builder.

Magleby Construction was formed by Paul M. Magleby in April of 1974 after graduating from the construction management program at Brigham Young University. Following several years of residential and commercial experience the company incorporated under the laws of the State of Utah in October of 1986.

 

At the present time, Magleby Companies, Inc. employs approximately 50 full-time employees in five different business groups. Several of our employees have as many as 30 years of experience with the company.
